Chapter 1: The Enchanted Village

Once upon a time, not so long ago, in a parallel universe not so far away, there was an enchanted village called Bonovinotte. In this magical place lived a wizard named Veeno Bonovinotte. After his father's passing, Veeno became the leader of both the village and his family's enchanted wine business, ``Bonovinotte.`` Veeno was not just any wizard; he was a lyrical miracle, a singer, and the son of the great Wizard Dominus Divino Grappa Bonovinotte.

CHAPTER 2: The Secret Recipe

Dominus had enhanced their family's secret wine recipe, bestowing it with magical powers. He had secretly infused the wine with unicorns' happy tears, leprechauns' laughter and cheers, and all the angels' opposite of fears. This magical concoction made the wine beloved by kind-hearted and good-natured people. The villagers loved and respected Dominus Bonovinotte so much that they affectionately named his magic wine ``Class In My Glass.``

Location

CHAPTER 3: Veeno's Challenge

Everyone knew Bonovinotte was magical because just a few sips of his wine were enough to make anyone feel goooood. However, they didn’t know the old wizard’s secret magical ingredients. All they knew was that, for whatever reason, it made them stop complaining about life. To show their appreciation for his great talent in making a magic wine with life-changing effects, they had given him the nickname ``Grapest Of All Time!`` Veeno’s job was to take on his father’s responsibilities and keep harmony in the village and make sure everyone was happy, which was not exactly an easy job.

Location

Chapter 4: The Unhappy Villagers

After a while, he found no matter how hard he tried, he could not keep everyone happy when they sobered up. His main challenge was the people of the village were mostly out-of-control serial complainers. They would complain about absolutely anything and everything! One day, the youngest sister of the village butchers Darren and Aaron went to Veeno's office, and within 10 seconds she announced that she was a vegan and also let him know what pronouns she preferred to be addressed with: “she and her” and complained about their village’s bad weather, thick leather, light feather, and the fact that her mum hadn’t named her “Heather.”

Chapter 5: Veeno's Decision

Chapter 5: Veeno's Decision

At the end of her tether, not a happy bunny altogether. Veeno thought, “That’s it! I’ve had enough of this. I am the leader of the village and my business, not the head of the Hell’s customer service department.” So he decided to round up all the villagers in the village’s main square that evening to make his big announcement.

Location

Chapter 6: The Announcement

They all made a big fire together in the middle of the village's main assembly point and sat down around it, awaiting the great wizard's big announcement. Veeno went on stage and said:

“From midnight tonight, the rules will change. You can still come to my office and complain about each other, and everything else under the sun, but there is a catch! The condition is, before I fix your problems, first you need to be absolutely sure about your wishes, then you’d need to have three sips of Bonovinotte after saying the Vanish-Banish magical spell, which is: 'Iron, copper, silver, gold, Ice is hot and fire’s cold.' After the third sip, your wish cannot be reversed, and you will be responsible for your own happiness or unhappiness, and whatever or whoever made you wanna complain will either vanish from your life permanently or will be forever banished to Banishville where all the cancelled people, and things live such as common sense, correct grammar, honest politicians, Ricky Gervais, and Frankie Boyle! So, from here on, be careful what you wish for, because you will be stuck with the consequences of your wishes, good or bad, forever. And remember, you will not be able to reverse your wish once it’s granted, and you won’t be able to complain about the consequences your wish will bring you!``

Veeno paused for a moment, letting the gravity of his words sink in, before adding with a small smile:

``On the plus side, every time you drink Bonovinotte and feel happy, smile, or feel calm, the wine will understand. It will send those feelings back to the winery, where all of that joy, calm, and serenity will be infused into the next batch. So the more you enjoy Bonovinotte, the more it learns from you, and the next time you drink it, you'll feel even more of those good feelings.``

The villagers murmured amongst themselves, contemplating both the responsibility and the rewards of this new magical order.

Chapter 7: The Villagers' Reactions

The Villagers' Reactions

The villagers started whispering to each other, and the whispers turned into a murmur, and in no time, they got as loud as a Mancunian house-party. Some of them were not happy about the new change because they knew this would stop them from complaining about the consequences of their own actions! Half the reason for Complainers complaining is blaming someone else and now all of a sudden they were being told A few villagers went home while googling new ways of complaining with the help of artificial intelligence, but the rest of the villagers agreed with the great wizard and everybody went home with a smile on their face, thinking what kind of cheese would go well with a nice glass of Bonovinotte!

Chapter 8: Miss Plainer's Adventure

Miss Plainer, whose first name escapes me but rhymed with the names of his brothers’ Aaron and Darren, had two favourite hobbies in the whole wide world: virtue signalling on LinkedIn and complaining on Facebook. Oh wait! I just remembered her name. Her name was Karen. One sunny day, Karen decided to not complain about everything under the Sun and instead try and do something new! She thought: ``Why not bungee jumping for the local anti-complaining charity?`` And, off she went to her local sports gear store Sports Indirect where she had seen the poster advertising the bungee jumping event.

Location

Chapter 9: The Vegan Rope

She parked her car straddling two parking spaces—because why not?—and strolled into the shop with a mission. She asked the store owner if he had any vegan bungee jumping ropes. The owner, who was a 70-year-old seasoned bungee jumping trainer and instructor named Arkeigh Peartree, scratched his head and asked, ``Which bridge are you planning to jump from?`` Miss Plainer stuttered: “The, the Don’t, don’t Look Down Bridge.`` Arkeigh thought for a moment then exclaimed, ``oh! That bridge is 1000 meters high! You'll need a 250 meter Boing-Boing Pro rope which only costs $250. I think I have a few of them left. They’re the safest and comfiest ropes in the market. Just a sec, I’ll fetch a couple from the back.``

Location

Chapter 10: A Cheaper Deal

``Hold that thought,`` Miss Karen said, ``I need to make a quick call.`` She Face-Timed her bestie, Sharon Cheapalot. ``Hi Sharon! How are you?

Can’t complain like our friends in North Korea! And they both laughed at her not so funny joke. Sharon said: “How are you? You look stressed! What’s wrong?”

Karen said: “I’m at Sport Indirect to buy some bungee jumping rope. Arkeigh’s charging $250 for a 250 meter rope!`` she complained. Sharon gasped, ``What?! Girl! He can forget about it! Old Arkeigh doesn’t know what he’s talking about! My boyfriend Cheapo sells 1000 meters of the same rope for $50! Come to mine later. Cheapo has exactly what you need. You'll get more bang for your buck, and Cheapo makes a bit of cash. Winner winner Chicken dinner!!``

Location

Chapter 11: An Excited Miss Plainer

A couple of hours later, as planned, Miss Plainer scooped up the bargain rope from Sharon’s boyfriend, saved herself $200, and headed home really excited; dreaming of the flood of likes and shares she would get on Facebook and LinkedIn from her anti-complaining charity event photos and videos. But then, a nagging thought interrupted her day-dreaming. She needed to complain about something; she just couldn’t remember what.

Chapter 12: Seeking Veeno's Help

As she pondered and wondered, she remembered her Italian lover Amor Amorotte had gifted her a bottle of Limited Edition Bonovinotte with a playful card which said “Bonovinotte! Forget Me Notte!” the night before! She thought about the velvety taste of the Wizard’s magic wine! The thought of the taste on her taste buds made her mouth water. Bonovinotte was truly a magic wine. ``That's it! I need to see the Great Wizard Veeno Bonovinotte`` she remembered! Turning her car around on Comp Lane Avenue, she zoomed off to the wizard's office.

Chapter 13: A Near Miss

She didn't signal before turning and nearly ran over a cyclist. She always thought, though, that cyclists had no business being on the same roads as cars. The cyclist slowed down and eventually stopped, not too pleased about the near-miss. He thanked his lucky stars for surviving such a close call. Realising he was near a wine shop called “Grapest of All Time” he walked in and bought three bottles of Bonovinotte. Too shaken up to do anything but seek comfort, he first called his mum and his wife, telling them how much he loved them. Then he called his two daughters, extending the same sentiments of love.

Chapter 14: A Family Gathering

He then invited them, and their families, to his house for some fine dining and wining that night, declaring that he would cook for everyone. His GoPro camera had recorded everything, but he thought to himself, “Life is too short. I’ll focus on my loved ones and celebrate the fact that I’m still alive! Tonight is the first night of the rest of my life and I’ll celebrate this with a lovely bottle of Limited Edition Bonovinotte!”

Chapter 15: Miss Plainer's Ignorance

Karen Plainer finally arrived at her destination not even knowing she nearly killed someone on her way! Across from Veeno’s office they had put up a gigantic billboard which said: “People who blame others have a long way to go! People who blame themselves are halfway there and People who blame nobody have already arrived.” Whisperboy.com Sponsors Bonovinotte

Chapter 16: Ignored Signs

She thought to herself: “that’s deep! But I love complaining and what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! And Who the hell is whisperboy.com?” she wondered. There’s a chance you’re wondering if she parked her car in front of someone’s driveway. Well, funnily enough, the answer is yes, of course, she did! She parked right in front of Veeno’s neighbour’s driveway, ignoring a hard to ignore NO PARKING sign, and then marched into Veeno's office and knocked on the door ignoring the sign which said “Closed”.

Location

Chapter 17: Veeno's Date

This was the second sign she had ignored that day! The last one was a no parking sign in front of someone’s driveway! Veeno was too busy and distracted to hear her knocking on his door! Plus the music was blaring out loud and He was getting ready to go on a date with the most beautiful girl in the universe! His date was none other than Bellawitch Enchantino! Veeno was head over heels in love with her. She was gorgeous, smart, and funny, but most importantly, she had healing superpowers!

Location

Chapter 18: Bellawitch's Healing Powers

Bellawitch also liked Veeno but she was too shy to ask him out. A few years back after a terrible pandemic of head-in-phonitis had hit their village so hard she had used her healing rain making super power and had cured everybody! Thinking about Bellawitch, Veeno had one of his own songs in his head all day but hadn’t found the chance to listen to it on his Spellify app.

The Unwelcome Visitor

Veeno couldn’t contain his excitement and kept smiling like a kid in a candy shop when Karen knocked on the door for a third time but this time she knocked so hard she hurt her knuckles. The knock on the door annoyed Veeno wiping the smile off his face. He was very disappointed when he found Karen stood outside his door! He reluctantly invited Karen in and Karen ranted about Arkeigh Peartree's outrageous rope prices and for that reason she wanted Arkeigh banished from the village!

Location

Chapter 21: Karen's Wish

She sounded really angry with Arkeigh and his unreasonable prices! She was so angry she was almost shouting: “Why can’t he be like Cheapo and sell his ropes for cheaper?” Veeno, trying to hide his irritation with a polite smile, said, ``Are you sure about this? He hasn't had a single complaint in 70 years, and there’s no turning back once your wish is granted.`` ``I'm 100% sure,`` declared Miss Plainer confidently. Veeno poured her a tiny glass of Bonovinotte and nodded, his face breaking into a fake smile which looked almost genuine. ``Let’s get on with it then.``

Chapter 22: The Vanish-Banish Spell

Miss Plainer raised her glass and chanted: ``Iron, copper, silver, gold, Ice is hot and fire’s cold.`` After three careful sips, she placed the glass back on the wizard’s table, ready to see what her words would unleash. The wizard looked at Miss Plainer as if she had forgotten to do something. She asked the great wizard if there had been something she had forgotten to do.

Chapter 23: Consequences

Veeno said yes! There are actually a few things! First, you forgot to say thank you. Secondly, you are still here, which means you forgot to leave, and lastly, you forgot to pay attention to the massive 'No parking or your vehicle will be toad' sign in front of my neighbour’s driveway. Your vehicle is being toad. Miss Plainer rushed to stop the guys from towing her vehicle, but she realized where her car was parked there was now a giant frog! She didn't realize she was thinking out loud when she frantically shouted: ``It's a frog! Your neighbour turned my car into a frog.``

Chapter 24: A Magical Fix

The wizard said “Well,… technically it’s a toad but don't worry I'll fix it” He sprayed the Toad with Bonovinotte 3 times, hit his staff on the ground 3 times and the toad turned back into a green BMW. She checked her car to make sure everything worked. Something felt different! She accidentally discovered her turn signals aka blinkers were working again which was a bonus of course for other drivers to know which way she was turning.

The next morning, on her way to her lover's house, she noticed where the bungee jumping store used to be now there was a car repair garage called Carmageddon! Chapter 26: A Cancelled Training

Around midday, she arrived at her Italian lover Amor Amorotte’s house, where she found out her bungee jumping health and safety training had been cancelled because Arkeigh Peartree had been banished to Banishville. She decided she didn’t need a man, especially an old one, telling her how to jump off a bridge!

Chapter 27: Preparations

In her head, she went through the list of things she needed for jumping off the Don’t Look Down Bridge: “a rope, a very high bridge, and gravity!” And sure enough, Arkeigh Peartree was not on that list. She smiled arrogantly and texted Sharon: “Get your Sony camera for my jump tomorrow! I want to look great in the pictures and videos I’ll be posting on my socials xx”

Chapter 28: Gifts and surprises!

She kissed Amor and thanked him for the rare bottle of 25-year-old Bonovinotte! ``That must have cost you a lot,`` she said, to which Amor replied, “You are worth it, my love!” He kissed her so long they both gasped for air. Amor, with his cute and sexy Italian accent, was a bit unusual and always kissed her like it was the last time.

With a playful smile, Amor picked Karen up from the floor, cradling her in his arms as he carried her downstairs to the lounge. When they reached the bottom, he gently tossed her onto the sofa, making her giggle in surprise. As she landed, the lights suddenly flicked on, revealing 50 of her friends who had been hiding in the lounge. Everyone jumped out of hiding and shouted, ``Surprise!``

Karen's face lit up, and she could hardly contain her excitement and joy. ``This is unreal! I can't believe you all pulled this off, haha!`` she exclaimed, laughing with delight. ``I've been dreaming of a glass of Bonovinotte all day—who's pouring?`` Amor handed her a fine glass of Bonovinotte and whispered to her, ``Bonovinotte! Forget me Notte!`` Then he sang one of his favourite songs, dedicating it to all the amazing people at the party, especially his girlfriend, Karen Plainer!

Chapter 29: Bellawitch's Candles

Bellawitch was not a fan of using lights in the evening like everybody else. She used candles instead, lots and lots of them in every corner of her mansion, which was located in the middle of the forest surrounded by beautiful oak trees. They reminded her of her parents, who were from a long line of candle-making witches and wizards.

Location

Chapter 30: The Healing Formula

The candles they made were aromatic and therapeutic with soothing and healing powers. Since her parents' death, Bellawitch had been trying to improve her family’s secret healing formula to create a candle that could bring the dead back to life. It broke her heart that she had not succeeded yet because she missed her parents, and she would do anything to be able to see them again.

Location

Chapter 31: Veeno's Arrival

Veeno finally arrived outside Bellawitch’s house with a cheeky, petulant grin on his face. He jumped off the flying carpet, took out his wand, waved it, and blew out every candle in the house. Now the only thing that lit up the house was the moonlight shining in through the bohemian French windows. He always thought Bellawitch looked like an angel under the moonlight, especially since his dad’s funeral.

Location

Chapter 32: Confessions

He finally told Bellawitch how he felt about her. It did not come as a surprise that Bellawitch also had deep feelings for Veeno Bonovinotte - her childhood sweetheart. They had grown up together since childhood, and their parents were very good friends. Bellawitch, who had been expecting Veeno, was really excited to see him and go on a date with him. She giggled and shouted from within the house, “Veeno Orgavino Bonovinotte! Light my candles back on this instant!” She then opened the door, gave Veeno a hug, and took the rare bottle of wine from him. She looked at it and said, “Hmmm! I’m impressed! You’ve got me your best bottle.”

Location

Chapter 33: Childhood Memories

Veeno said, “Hang on a minute! How did you know my middle name? Not many people know that!” “You probably can’t remember this,” said Bellawitch with a twinkle in her eyes, “but when we finished year one, during our summer holiday, one night your parents invited my parents and me to your house for dinner. You sneaked your parents' magic carpet and secretly took me out to the forest near your dad's vineyard. On our way back, you flew the carpet into an old cypress tree, and I got stuck in the branches. You pulled me out, and then we both fell onto the muddy ground. I got stuck in the mud and lost my boots, and you pulled me out to safety. You saved me and became my hero ever since! When we got back home, we both got grounded the next day for going to the vineyard in the middle of the night. Your mum shouted at you, ‘Veeno Orgavino Bonovinotte! You took the magic carpet from the cellar knowing full well that you weren’t allowed, and more importantly, you put Bellawitch’s life and yours at risk by flying her to the forest at midnight. You are grounded!’”

Location

Chapter 34: The Date Begins

Veeno smiled and said, “Yeah, I remember that night!” Then he waved his wand and lit all the candles again. Bellawitch said, “I’m ready! Where are you taking me?” Veeno, who couldn’t contain his excitement, said: “It’s for me to know and for you to find out. I’ve brought the carpet!”

Location

Chapter 35: The Magic Carpet Ride

Bellawitch now looked even more excited. She put her shoes on one after another and jumped on the carpet. Veeno hopped on one leg like when he was back in year one, then jumped on the magic carpet. The carpet took them to the sky, to a place where fluffy white clouds seemed much closer than the earth.

Location

Chapter 36: Cloud Number 9

Veeno, eager to make their first date with Bellawitch extraordinary, decided on a magical destination. He ventured into the family basement, rummaging through heirlooms until he found the enchanted picnic carpet, traditionally used for special dates. This carpet had the unique ability to transport them to a private club in the sky, where a thousand small clouds floated next to each other.

Location

Chapter 37: The Private Club

Each cloud featured a table, two chairs, and a sofa made of the softest, fluffed-up cloud. Veeno had reserved cloud number 9, which boasted a breath-taking view of their village. From this vantage point, they could see the village lights flickering from thousands of miles away. He chose cloud number 9 because he had never liked a girl as much as he liked Bellawitch, and the thought of taking her on this date made him feel the happiest he had ever felt.

Location

Chapter 38: A Magical Evening

The club exclusively served the world’s only magical wine, Bonovinotte. With a basket packed with Bonovinotte wine and a selection of cheeses from around the world, Veeno and Bellawitch ascended into the sky. As they settled on cloud number 9, they enjoyed their magical evening, sipping wine and tasting cheeses while the serene beauty of their village twinkled below.

Chapter 39: The Candle of Connections

As the magic carpet floated back down from the skies, Veeno and Bellawitch landed gently back in her forest cottage, where the scent of burning candles welcomed them. Bellawitch had been experimenting for years, trying to perfect her family's healing candle formula, a secret passed down through generations. Despite her efforts, there was always something missing—something that would make the candles more than just soothing; something that would allow them to heal hearts, minds, and bodies.
Veeno, still glowing from the joy of their time on Cloud Number 9, noticed the way Bellawitch gazed thoughtfully at the flickering candles scattered across the room. He could tell that while she was happy, there was a weight on her shoulders. “What’s on your mind, Bella?” he asked, his voice soft.
Bellawitch sighed. ``I've been trying so hard to get the formula right, but no matter what I do, it's never quite enough. It brings peace, sure, but it doesn't heal in the way I know it could. I feel like I’m missing the final ingredient, and without it, these candles will never reach their full potential.``
Veeno stepped closer to her, the familiar scent of her candles blending with the faint essence of Bonovinotte wine on his breath. “Maybe you just need a little help,” he said gently. ``Have you ever considered that the magic we put into Bonovinotte might be the missing piece?``
Bellawitch looked at him, her eyes widening. “The wine? But that’s your family’s magic.”
Veeno smiled warmly, “Our magic doesn’t just belong to my family. It belongs to the village, to the people who share it, and to those who believe in its power.” He picked up one of her candles, its flame dancing as if it knew it was about to change. “Maybe the connection isn’t just in the ingredients. Maybe it’s in the intention, in the unity between your magic and mine.”
Bellawitch’s eyes sparkled with hope. ``You're right. The wine isn't just about magic; it's about bringing people together, healing through shared experiences. It's the connection I've been missing.`` She reached for a small bottle of Bonovinotte that Veeno had given her as a gift long ago, pouring a few drops into the melted wax of one of her candles. The room filled with a gentle, glowing warmth, and for the first time, the candle’s light seemed to pulse with life.
As the candle burned, Bellawitch could feel the shift. It wasn’t just a scent or a flame; it was healing in its purest form, radiating a sense of calm and connection. She smiled at Veeno, her heart swelling with gratitude. “You’ve helped me find it,” she whispered. “The Candle of Connections.”
Veeno chuckled softly, “We did it together. Just like everything else.”
A brief silence settled between them, the warmth of the candle’s glow wrapping them in its soft embrace. Veeno’s gaze shifted from the dancing flames back to Bellawitch. He could see the quiet ache that still lingered in her eyes, an ache tied to the memory of her parents.
Veeno gently took her hand, and with a voice filled with tenderness, he said, “Your parents aren’t dead, Bella. They live through you, as long as you live. And you’ll never die, because as long as your children live, your love will carry on. That’s how life works.”
Bellawitch blinked, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears. Veeno continued, his voice low and full of emotion, “The magic of your candles—it’s not just about ingredients or spells. It’s the healing power of love. Your parents' love flows through you, and it will live on through you. Every flame, every light—it’s them. It’s their love, healing the world through your hands.”
Tears slipped down Bellawitch’s cheeks, but they were not tears of sorrow; they were tears of understanding, of release. She realized in that moment that her candles were more than just a family tradition—they were a living testament to the love and legacy passed down to her.
With their powers united, Bellawitch’s candles now carried the magic of Bonovinotte—a magic that healed, connected, and soothed in ways even she had never imagined. From that moment on, every candle she made would carry the essence of connection, a bond that would forever tie her magic to Veeno’s enchanted wine and to the love of her family.
And in that sacred moment, Bellawitch knew that her parents had never truly left. They were with her, in every flicker of light, in every healing flame.

Chapter 40: Miss Plainer’s Jump

The next day, Karen went to the charity event, proudly strutting in her bungee jumping gear. She waved to the crowd, especially Sharon, who was holding up her Sony camera, ready to capture every thrilling second. Karen, never one to back down from the spotlight, forced a grin. “Let’s do this!” she shouted with all the confidence she could muster.
As she stood at the edge of the bridge, staring down at the sharp, rocky waters below, her hands trembled slightly, but there was no way she could show fear. Not in front of the crowd, and certainly not on camera. She inhaled deeply, muttering to herself, ``This is it.``
The moment she leapt off the bridge, the adrenaline hit, and for a split second, she felt invincible. The crowd cheered, their excitement fuelling her boldness. But as she descended, a cold realization gripped her.
The rope. It was too long.
Flashes of every complaint she’d ever made swirled in her mind. Her friend Sharon’s words echoed, “Same thing twice as long, half the price.” And then old Arkeigh’s warning: “You need a 500-meter rope.” This one was 1000 meters.
Her heart pounded in her chest, not from the jump, but from the realization that this wasn’t bungee jumping at all. It was simply a free fall—a free fall onto the sharp, pointy rocks below. Oh, gravity!

Chapter 41: A Tragic End

As Karen hurtled toward the jagged rocks, her life didn’t flash before her eyes. Instead, it was the absurdity of her situation that hit her hardest. “I should’ve paid the $250,” was her final thought as she braced for the inevitable.
A few days later, Karen’s pronouns were officially changed from “She” and “Her” to “Was” and “Were.” At her funeral, Sharon stood at the edge of the grave, her camera turned off for once. She didn’t dare mention how her boyfriend had saved Karen money before she died. Sharon took no pleasure in that fact now. She wished she could have saved her friend’s life instead of just her wallet.
The great wizard Veeno Bonovinotte was asked to say a few words, but he preferred to sing a song instead. His voice filled the air:
(Verse)
Did you know miss Karen Plainer?
She was a Karen, Karen the complainer
She needed bungee jumping training
But she didn’t like the old trainer

A poorly prepared jump is nothing but a free fall,
A one-way ticket to the final stop for a silly know-it-all
In the heart of Karen’s tragedy, a lesson can be found.
Karma always follows us, even 6 feet in the ground.

A poorly prepared jump, is nothing but a free fall,
A one-way ticket to the final stop for a silly know-it-all.
As the last note lingered in the air, the wizard took a final sip of his smooth, velvety Bonovinotte, smiling to himself. ``She literally got more bang for her buck,`` he thought. In the heart of Karen’s tragedy, a bitter but undeniable truth lay buried: the world has a funny way of catching up with those who focus too much on the price and not enough on the cost.

Chapter 42: Sharon's Tribute

After he finished his song, he took the last sip of his smooth, and Velvety Bonovinotte in memory of Karen Plainer, the great complainer! Sharon turned to Veeno and said: “Karen died consumed by anger! I’m not sure if it’s your song or your smooth and magic wine but I too wanna dedicate a short song to Karen to celebrate her life. Granted she was a massive complainer but let’s not forget she was still a human being!”

Chapter 43: Sharon's Song

(Verse) Anger always holds the wheel until we’ve forgiven each other, We can never see our reflection in hot boiling water. (Chorus) Anger is a dead body I don’t wanna be a coffin for it, Our world is a beautiful place, wanna go out there and explore it.
(Verse) Anger always holds the wheel until we’ve forgiven each other, We can never see our reflection in hot boiling water. (Chorus) Anger is a dead body I don’t wanna be a coffin for it, Our world is a beautiful place, wanna go out there and explore it.
After she finished her song she repeated a line of her song in her head sipping on her smooth and delicious Bonovinotte: “Anger is a dead body I don’t wanna be a coffin for it” Then she raised her glass and said: “To Karen” before drinking the last sip of her lovely and smooth Bonovinotte”.

Chapter 44: Tobias Bigotson's Complaint

The next day, whilst the whole village was talking about Karen’s tragic death Tobias Bigotson went to the great wizard’s office and said I’ve been bottling up my anger and resentment for long enough! Today is the day I’m banishing people! Veeno calmly replied: “be careful now! Things have changed! Surely you’ve heard about the new rules? Yeah? I know about the new rules and today I’m here to vanish a few people from my life because I’ve had enough of them!

Chapter 45: A Bigoted Wish

Today I’m vanishing people of certain colour who come here to our village and take our jobs! I’m vanishing women for their bad driving and crazy ideas and last but not least I’m vanishing gays for wanting to get married to other gays! Marriage is between men and women not men and men or women and women! At this point Veeno had already come up with at least 5 ways to hurt this 15th century village idiot but he just smiled and poured him a small glass of Bonovinotte and put it on the table in front of him!

Chapter 46: An Unwise Wish

Veeno thought sometimes our new wishes get cancelled out by our old ones! I'm wondering if he will ever understand this! Tobias Bigotson picked up the glass, said the spell: ``Iron, copper, silver, gold, Ice is hot and fire’s cold`` and then had 3 sips of Bonovinotte!

Chapter 47: Chaos in the Village

The village of Bonovinotte, usually serene and picturesque, descended into chaos. It began with one person voicing a minor complaint. This ripple of dissatisfaction spread like wildfire, with neighbours turning against each other, invoking the Vanish-Banish spell at every minor inconvenience. In a matter of days, the village square was filled with the cacophony of accusations and the flashes of people vanishing or being banished.

Chapter 48: The Consequences

Old Mrs. Barkley, who had lived in the village for as long as anyone could remember, vanished after her neighbour complained about her dog’s incessant barking. “I never meant for her to go!” the neighbour stammered, horrified by the unintended consequence.
Meanwhile, Mr. Peet, who was known for his terrible dad jokes, found himself sent to Banishville after his friends decided they couldn’t handle one more pun. “What do you call a fish with no eyes? Fsh—” he had said, right before disappearing with a look of confusion.
The consequences of the spell were never as simple as the villagers imagined. What started as minor grievances snowballed into a village nearly empty, filled only with regret and the quiet absence of laughter, chatter, and life.

Chapter 49: Tobias's Irony

Tobias Bigotson had a bottle of limited edition Bonovinotte, gifted to him by a friend years ago, which he had saved for a special occasion. Two weeks after making his wish, he woke up thinking it would be a great idea to invite his friends over, crack open the rare bottle, and celebrate his upcoming 60th birthday. But as he reached for his phone to send out invitations, he felt a sharp pain in his left arm. He was having a heart attack.
In a panic, Tobias called emergency services, begging for an ambulance. As he lay on the floor, his arm numb and the room spinning, the bitter irony of his situation began to sink in. He had wished away all the people who could save him—people he had dismissed as “lesser” or “unworthy.” Now, helpless and alone, he was just feet away from his rare Bonovinotte. He chuckled bitterly, realizing that the bottle wouldn’t do him any good now.
“I wanted a world where only people like me existed,” he thought, “but what good is that world if there’s no one left to save me?”

Chapter 50: No Rescue

A few minutes later the ambulance arrived but he couldn’t hear or see anyone at his house! The emergency services had dispatched an ambulance to his house, manned by two paramedics. One was Dr. Karma Zear, an experienced female doctor, and the other was Lee Ironica, a competent nurse who happened to be both gay and of a certain colour. However, when they arrived at his address, they found the house empty.

Chapter 51: A Cruel Twist of Fate

Tobias was lying on the floor only a few feet away from his Limited Edition Bonovinotte waiting for the paramedics he could not see or hear! He wished someone would come to help him but sadly sometimes our new wishes get cancelled out by our old ones! The cruel twist of fate revealed that his wish had erased all females, homosexuals, and people of a certain colour from his timeline, including the very individuals who could have saved his life.

Chapter 52: Tobias's Regret

The magic spell which granted his wish had ironically sealed his doom. Before he died a few minutes later, he thought that maybe, in hindsight, he shouldn't have wasted his wish and instead should have complained about his health rather than complaining about other people's gender, colour, and sexual orientation. Tragically, his biases and opinions led to his downfall and ultimately cost him his life. Tobias Bigotson shut his eyes for one last time and went into an eternal sleep.

Chapter 53: Hilton Junktrunk's Lament

Tobias was wealthy but wasn’t that popular due to his strong views on social issues which was the reason why his friends called him “too biased” behind his back. His only friend who would regularly visit him on weekends was a 20 year old girl called Hilton Junktrunk who worked as a receptionist for a recycling company. In her spare time Hilton also raised awareness about the importance of wearing responsibly sourced lingerie from recycled material in front of her webcam for a recycling company called LonelyCans. At the funeral, Hilton Junktrunk sang a song about Tobias Bigotson:
Hilton's Song
You died at 59 you were a great friend of mine Your opinions were too strong, always got your priorities wrong You always loved what was bad for you You exchanged your life for your point of view You closed your eyes to the world's bright light, And now you've vanished into the night.

Chapter 54: Veeno’s Toast

After Hilton Junktrunk finished her song, Veeno handed her a tissue to dry her tearful eyes and said, “He’s living through us.” He then raised his glass and, with a sombre smile, said, “To Tobias,” before taking a long sip of his smooth, velvety Bonovinotte. The rich taste lingered on his tongue, a stark contrast to the bitterness of the moment.
The villagers, despite their differences, joined Veeno in the toast. Glasses clinked softly, and the air seemed to shift, as if the weight of the past was finally beginning to lift. Though Tobias Bigotson had been a divisive figure in the village, his passing brought a moment of reflection for all. Even in death, there was a lesson to be learned—about tolerance, forgiveness, and the fragility of life.
As the last of the wine was sipped, Veeno felt a renewed sense of peace. In that moment, he realized that despite all the chaos and complaints that had plagued the village, Bonovinotte had once again brought them together. And for now, that was enough.

Chapter 55: Bellawitch’s Return and The Healing Chant

Amidst the chaos, Bellawitch Enchantino, with her flowing robes and calming smile, appeared on the horizon. She gracefully approached the village, her presence calming the storm of complaints momentarily. Her eyes glowed with a soothing light as she raised her hands, calling upon her healing powers. Bellawitch began to chant, her voice like a gentle breeze carrying a melody of hope and peace.
“Heal the heart, mend the soul,
Bring back harmony, make us whole.”
As she spoke, a soft, golden light spread from her fingertips, enveloping the villagers. One by one, those who had vanished or been banished reappeared, their anger and resentment replaced with understanding and forgiveness. The golden light seemed to erase the bitterness that had taken root in their hearts. The village, once torn apart by complaints, was now united by a sense of collective healing and gratitude.
As Bellawitch stepped into the village square, her eyes softened at the sight of so many villagers who had been banished. She raised her hands and, with a quiet, calm voice, began to chant, her words spreading like a soft breeze.

Neighbours who had turned on each other found themselves locking eyes, the anger that had driven them to use the Vanish-Banish spell fading. Regret turned to understanding, and understanding blossomed into forgiveness.
“I missed you,” whispered Mrs. Prickles to Mr. Bubbles, tears in her eyes. He smiled, knowing he had missed her too.

Chapter 58: A Toast to Healing

Veeno Bonovinotte stood beside Bellawitch, raising a glass of the magical wine. “To harmony and healing,” he toasted. The villagers echoed his sentiment, lifting their glasses and taking a sip of Bonovinotte, the wine that had not only brought them together but also healed their community. Veeno then recited one of his father’s poems:

Chapter 59: A Journey to Happiness

“Bonovinotte is more than just wine; it’s a journey to happiness and harmony. Join us in this magical experience. Taste the wonder, share the joy, and let Bonovinotte be a part of your story.” The villagers, now bonded by the enchantment of Bonovinotte, echoed his sentiment. With each sip, they celebrated not just the wine, but the magical moments it created. And so, in the enchanted village of Bonovinotte, happiness was not just a wish, but a reality shared in every glass!

Chapter 60: A Unifying Celebration

Bonovinotte unified the village once again, and everyone felt the same magic at precisely 11:11 PM. As the clock struck, the villagers all made the same wish, raised their glasses, and some held each other’s hands while others linked arms. The air was thick with the magic of Bonovinotte, but this time, it wasn’t just the wine; it was the shared experiences, the lessons learned, and the newfound bond they now carried in their hearts.
With the moonlight casting a soft glow on their faces, they joined Veeno Bonovinotte in singing ``Headstrong,`` their village’s traditional song, from the top of their lungs. It was a breath-taking scene—thousands of happy faces glowing under the night sky, their voices echoing in perfect harmony. The energy of their voices made it feel as though the entire village moved as one.
Veeno looked around at the radiant faces, feeling a deep sense of peace. He used to struggle to keep the harmony in the village, constantly trying to balance everyone’s complaints and wishes. But now, thanks to Bellawitch Enchantino's help, he had become the leader of a village where harmony truly prevailed. The villagers were finally united, and the harmony that had once seemed impossible was now a reality.
As he watched the scene unfold, Veeno allowed himself to smile for the first time in what felt like forever. He could finally see his favourite version of the future: a life where he could grow old with Bellawitch by his side, running the vineyard together, raising their future children, and watching the village thrive in peace. The weight of his responsibilities felt lighter now, and he knew that the future was filled with love, laughter, and, of course, Bonovinotte.
They had been through chaos, tragedy, and regret, but now, they were whole again, unified by the magic of Bonovinotte. And it was all thanks to the wine that had not only brought them together but had also healed their village.
